Shipping charges are a tricky part of this business. Many companies
gather an extra level of profit from S/H (Shipping and Handling),
always at the customer's expense. WE DO NOT. We refuse to take
advantage of our customers in that way. We have been in business
since 1984 -- we know what customers deserve and expect. Anything
less would be dishonest.
We base our Shipping Costs on the amount of the order as follows:

NOTE: Orders less than $35 are subject to a $2.50 handling charge
But we only charge Actual Shipping. Anything over Actual Shipping gives you a credit to be used
any way you choose through the Wholesale Division of The Tahoe
Mall. Use it as a gift to someone or to yourself. Either way,
you NEVER pay an additional S/H charge over what UPS charges us
to ship the order. Guaranteed!
All actual charges are via UPS ground from Southern California
where our warehouse is located. Whatever shows on the box delivered
to you as the shipping charge is what you pay. Nothing more, nothing
less.
In other words, let's suppose your order equals $128.05 plus shipping
of $13.95 for a Grand Total of $142.00. Let's say the actual shipping
is only $8.65. You now have a credit of $5.30 that can be used
any way you want next time you order.
Simply note the credit in the Special Instructions of the online
order form and we will deduct it from the total of your new order.
No Questions, No Hassle, No Extra Charges.
Use the credit on each new order or let it accummulate -- your
choice. We will periodically send you an update of your credit
amount just as a reminder.
And you can use the credit Any Time on Any Item, including Specials
and Hot Buys. It's your choice.
There's more! If, for any reason, you do not wish to use the credit
on product, we will send you a check for the difference in Shipping
Charges. No problem. Our only requirement is that the amount of
credit due is more than $5.00.
